About Luigi

Hi ! Nice to meet you.

I am Luigi Sementilli, the face and the brain behind Parla & Cambia.

I define myself as a Positive Changemaker and am a firm believer in the power of communication & dialogue to make positive change happen.

Graduated in Multilingual Communication & International Relations from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2012, I started my career at the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Diplomatic Bernheim Laureate) before building extensive experience in Corporate Communication, both at consultancy and industry level.

In 2020, I decided to embody change myself & become a part-time language teacher (Dutch/English), first in a French-speaking secondary school in Brussels, then as a professor at University College EPHEC.  I have been combining since then my passion for education with my passion for impactful communication.

I'm a trained radio-host, a regular TEDx Presenter in Belgium, as well as the founder of the french-speaking podcast "Positive Changemakers" where I regularly interview inspiring people that act for a better world.

In 2021, I got selected to be part of Belgium’s 40Under40 initiative, joining a diverse community of 40 talented leaders.

Through Parla & Cambia I help you or your organisation to speak up and have positive impact.
